Arthur grew up in the Bronx, New York starting his career journey in the family restaurant business. It was during a vacation to the west coast of Florida on Marco Island that he and his wife Linda ventured over to the east coast of the state to explore, where they bought their Boca Raton home. They moved their family from the northeast to Boca Raton in early 1996 where they raised their two children for the next 30 years and where Arthur transitioned to the real estate world. After being empty nesters, he and his wife decided to head a bit north to Port St. Lucie and Valencia Cay to purchase a new home they made their own, take advantage of the active adult lifestyle, and enjoy the next chapter of their lives.
